Today's review will be about the Wet n' Wild H2O Proof Liquid Eyeliner (#ultra black) & Eye Shadow Trio (#Walking on Eggshells).
Currently, I'm really busy with school and all the homework and exams are slowly killing me inside. I tried to read all of your lovely posts on this weekend but excuse my delay on comments, it's just that I'm really busy and personal issues are comming up too. So please bare with me for this super short review about these 2 products.

Anyways, let's move onto the review: I read soo many good reviews about this brand for being cheap and good and one of my favorite bloggers Lina Kim wrote a few good reviews about it too, so I really wanted to try this product too- I literally searched everywhere for this brand because it's not easy to get this brand in your hands here, I even had to drive to another town to buy it ; o ;

But let's startoooo~~!

HARD Felt-tip brush （；_・）

Wet n' Wild H2O Proof Liquid Eyeliner swatches and waterproof+rub test:

As you can see above, I rubbed reaaaaally hard under water to get this stuff off my hand. It was a pain because my hand was super red and it kinda hurted after that T^T

(I hope you can see in the picture how much I suffered from the rubbing LOL)

OK this is creepy LOL

Packaging: I really don't like the packaging! It's small and good for travelling and you can open the eyeliner bottle really easy but it's just plastic and not kawaii like most Korean beauty products ⌒(＞。≪) . I think the brush is the biggest fail ever, it's 200% shit, no joke lol. You can't make a straight line without making it look really messy or uneven. The felt-tip brush is really hard and it's like there isn't any felt-tip, just plastic. I think you really need to use another eyeliner brush when applying this eyeliner because you really CAN'T use this brush~!!! Wet n' Wild needs to improve this brush A LOT

Texture: The texture is just like any normal liquid eyeliner, maybe a bit watery but I don't mind that at all. I honestly don't like the finish of the eyeliner, it's matte-semi satin ~

Staying Power: The staying power is honestly AWESOME! It stays all day on my oily lids and it's definitely smudge and waterproof on my eyes. I wore it for 10 hours without primer and it didn't budge at all ♡ The only thing why I don't like it is that the rubbing+water combination made it rub off my skin (but I think you won't rub your eyes like crazy when wearing eyeliner lol). One thing I must mention is that it smudged a bit on the lids of my cousin (idk why), I think this liquid liner isn't good for monolids :c

Price: I only payed about $7 for a really nice liquid eyeliner ♡ I think the price in the US is about $3-4, it's definitely worth it~

Overall:

Formula: ♥♥♥♥♡/5

Brush: ♡♡♡♡♡/5

I like this liquid eyeliner. I think will use it more often from now on and maybe repurchase it if I need a cheap and good one~ The formula is really good but the brush is horrible! I think this product is really good for people who want a cheap and good eyeliner and already have an eyeliner brush haha There many better eyeliners out there but I think the Wet n' Wild H2O Proof Liquid Eyeliner is worth it its money ehehe~ (It's only $7 ($3-4) that's so cheap OK)

Okay now onto the next review about the Eye Shadow Trio 'Walking on Eggshells'

As you can see above, the packaging gets dirty super easily and the brushes which are included aren't the best but usable, if you don't have any other eyeshadow brushes at home. The eyeshadow case is safety sealed so that you won't get a product which was already used as tester or opened.

Anyways, here's a close-up of the color in this palette:

Browbone: White/champagner eyeshadow with shimmery finish

Crease: Caramel brown eyeshadow with shimmery finish

Eyelid: Light pink eyeshadow with shimmery finish

What I like about this product

♥ Pigmented

♥ Very cheap ($2~3 US)

♥ Doesn't creases on my eyes (6-8 hours)

♥ Good for natural eye make up

♥ No fallouts

What I don't like

♥ Eyelid & Browbone color are too similiar on eyes

♥ A bit too powdery for my liking

Overall Rating:

I really like the colors of these eyeshadows but I think the Eyelid and the Browbone color look too similiar on my eyes, they look like the same color~ But I like all three tones a lot because they're nice for natural look. They didn't crease on my eyes for 6-8 hours when I was wearing them, I really don't know if it's different on other eyes. They're definitely worth it for the price and worth a try if you look for cheap and wearable eyeshadows! I would recommend them to everyone who's interested in these~

The eyeliner really reminds me of Golden Rose Dipliner. I think those two are dupes actually. I would love to try the Wet N Wild one because the Golden Rose is my favorite one so far and it's so uber cheap.
I have a green palette like this too and quality is superb considering the price! I wish Wet N Wild were available here.

Lovely Review Mindy!! That liquid liner's lasting power is amazing!!
You must've rubbed really hard for it to become that red though >_<
The felt tip is dissapointing as well, must've hurt to use it on your eyes!
I've always wanted to try wet n wild products but they don't sell it here which sucks :(
The colours of the eyeshadows looks lovely as well~

Have you ever tried Wet n Wild's non-waterproof "megaliner"? It comes in a similar package but the brush tip is much softer and easier to use than the waterproof version. Well, I think so. I actually really like it a lot, but of course since it isn't waterpoof it will come off if you get it wet. :P

Hard tip felt brushes are so unforgiving but help you achieve a more precise line but I totally feel your pain with the liquid eyeliner. I myself have to use 3 eyeliners just to do my liner correctly! It's surprising how nice drugstore liquid eyeliners can be though. I hope your hand feels better now ^^.

I really missed your nice posts about skincare and your review :> I think liquid liner is really hard to put on your eyes and impossible with this horrible brush too. lol. Yes, I think so too I definitely recommend this liquid liner to everyone with double lids haha >u< The brush was just horrible but everything's OK as long as you use another brush. You're right but this one didn't at all! It made it even worse and do you know that moment when you apply eyeliner and all your eyelashes are getting a coat of your eyeliner too? YES, that was the case with this hard tip. It was a big mess when applying T - T I usually use more eyeliners too for better staying power and a deeper black tone hehe~ Anyways, Thanks for commenting, Joey♥

I love the colors in that eyeshadow. They're so feminine and pretty. And I'm totally a sucker for kawaii packaging, haha. It just makes putting on makeup that much more fun!

Oh my goodness x] Sounds like a really bad experience haha. But at least now you can say you've tried a different product! I use Collection 2000's felt eyeliner and it's a bit hard to control too. But I'm sure you'll find your dream eyeliner soon!!

The Wet n' Wild eyeliner was actually my absolute first liquid liner! We have the brand almost in every single store here. LOL
It stung horribly when it got into my eyes. :'< Since I wasn't used to using liquid yet, it was just getting every where. :'< (not fun.)
I'm glad you like it though! *A* I really prefer NYX over Wn'W, thought I have the same problem of not being able to find it here. :'<

The liner looks effective, but I always prefer gel or pencil ^^

For the pallette the colours are sooooo shimmery ^^ really brightens up the eyes - not creepy at all!

Anyhoo, I would love to try the liner and the palette. Good thing there are wetnwild counters in the malls here in the Philippines.
