Today's review will be about the Landbis Eyeliner Cream in deep black from BornPrettyStore .
I think this brand isn't really well-known among beauty lovers.
The only reason I wanted to try this gel eyeliner is because of the super adorable packaging LOL~
♡ Landbis Eyeliner Cream 4g
♡ Eyeliner brush 10cm
There's a brush and the gel eyeliner in the package (4g). You don't need to buy an eyeliner brush. The brush is a flat liner brush, NOT an angled brush. Honestly. I don't like angled eyeliner brushes because it's really hard to draw straight and thin lines with it.
Photos of the actual product
The color is black without any sparkles or glitters in it. The pot looks pretty small but a little goes a long way!
Photos of the brush
As mentioned above, the brush is a flat eyeliner brush. You can make really thin lines with it and tightlining is nice with this brush too~
The tests were all done without reapplying. The finish is matte and it takes a while to completely dry. You can see that it starts to fade a bit after rubbing it a lot. If you hold it under water afterwards it will start to fade even more and if you rub it underwater it will fade and start to smudge! It looks brown when it starts to fade
and on the right I made the typical smokey ulzzang eyeliner line. Packaging: I just love it OK. Don't judge me. It's so cute and kawaii AHH. It looks like those typical japanese cosmetic packagings >~< It's too adorable! And the brush does a nice job in applying the eyeliner too. Cute packagings always get me Texture: The texture is really creamy and I like it a lot. It's super easy to apply and easy to spread (if you want that smokey look). I actually never tried any gel eyeliner where I didn't like the texture so I can't compare to other cream eyeliners ><. The eyeliner finish is matte and this eyeliner is hella pigmented! Staying Power: This gel eyeliner smudged a lot on my eyes during school time! It does look perfectly fine on the swatches on my hand but it transfers to my lower line (that area near the corner where you usually extend the eyeliner xD). After about 4 hours without primer or powder over it, it starts to transfer and smudge lightly in that area. And after about 6 hours IT IS on your lower lashline. I think it's also because my eyes are super oily, that makes everything worse. I have to add that I never tried any eyeliner that didn't smudge on me after a few hours. Even liquid eyeliners do and the Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner did too. /creysIF ANYONE KNOWS A GOOD EYELINER FOR OILY LIDS PLEASE TELL ME LOL Price: I don't think I need to explain this. It's only USD$3.70 LOL. ------------------- Overall Rating: This eyeliner didn't get a good overall rating because it smudges and the most important thing in an eyeliner for me is that it's smudge+ waterproof. Even tho the packaging is cute and the texture and price are heaven, as long as it smudges I don't like it that much. Don't get me wrong, the staying power isn't THAT bad but I saw better but I also saw eyeliners being even worse. The color is black after the first stroke and it becomes a brown or sheer black tone when fading (after a few hours or when rubbing). This eyeliner is super pigmented and honestly, it's really good for its price. This eyeliner might be good for people who don't have super oily lids and have double eyelids. I'd say it's always worth a try because it's only around USD$4 and quite pigmented. Also, who knows, maybe it doesn't smudge as much on your lids as on mine. But overall, I wouldn't recommend it to people with oily lids and with monolids. I can tell you that it will smudge like hell on monolids . Camwhoring with this eyeliner There aren't any posts on my blogs without a selca at the end HAHAHA If you're interesting in buying this eyeliner you can get it here for USD$ 3.70 on BornPrettyStore

Haha I have oily lids. jiru said on December 18, 2013 at 2:20 PM I haven't heard of this brand, but the packaging does look cute! It's nice that is comes with a brush, which also looks pretty decent. Too bad the eyeliner smudges/gets on your waterline though :( Unknown said on December 18, 2013 at 4:49 PM ooh the packaging is soo cute! said on December 18, 2013 at 10:46 PM I actually never heard of this brand before o_o and the price is so cheap omg!! i like those type of brushes much better too i honestly can never draw my eyeliner with angled brush ._. Im not surprised to hear that it smudged (lol bc the price). im currently using etude house drawing show gel liner and it smudge too! :( even with primer, but honestly it's still kind of bearable lol na said on December 19, 2013 at 1:42 AM waaaah looks pretty good! *A* I want it too!~ Michelle said on December 20, 2013 at 3:53 AM The eyeliner looks super pigmented and creamy so it's a shame it didn't last long! I have oily eyelids as well so whenever I wear anything, it ends up under my eyes. *Cries* fashgrace said on December 20, 2013 at 8:45 AM this seem so pretty! you got pretty eyes together with this. Sakuranko said on December 20, 2013 at 1:43 PM Like always I ove it your pics dear, all are very detailed and pretty, o bad than smudge that is very important to me too. I´m still looking a good gel eyeliner but this looks like a cheaper option bit the smudge not is pretty, the packaging is absolutely pretty Tsubasa M. and pretty cute flowers! Mindy said on December 20, 2013 at 2:50 PM You should try the Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner, I heard it's the best! And about applying it, I think it depends on the brush you use. I would recommend flat brushes to you tho ^ u ^ Thanks for reading, Emily~ Mindy said on December 20, 2013 at 2:51 PM Do you know any nice eyeliners for oily lids? You have the same problem like me :o And thanks for always commenting, Majorie ^ u ^ Mindy said on December 20, 2013 at 3:06 PM This brand is pretty unknown, I think. But I agree, the package is so kawaii haha ^ u ^ The waterproofness could be improved tho haha~ Mindy said on December 20, 2013 at 3:07 PM It depends on the brush ! If you haven't tried a flat brush, you should! It's super easy with it and even easier than with pencil eyeliner imo :D Thanks for readinf, Judy :> Mindy said on December 20, 2013 at 3:14 PM I'm not suprised either haha xD Angled brushes are so hard to use I never, really never drew a good line with angled brushes .__. I was planning to get this eyeliner too but I will probably pass on this now lol. I think we need to stick to liquid eyeliners having this texture where it doesn't smudge but more like peel off. At least there's no panda eyes then haha~ Thanks for reading, Belinda/Matilda! I'm never sure who's writing comments on my blog :O Mindy said on December 20, 2013 at 3:14 PM Thanks for always reading, Amaya~! :> Mindy said on December 20, 2013 at 3:18 PM I know right? I love the texture of this eyeliner too but I wanted this eyeliner to stay on my oily lids all day T__T I would say that the smudging is bearable too but I'm kinda picky about the staying power of eyeliners haha~ Thanks for reading, Michelle ^ u ^ Mindy said on December 20, 2013 at 3:19 PM Aw thanks for your cute comment, Ann Tan :D Do you know any nice eyeliner for oily lids which stays all day long? :O Anyways, thanks for reading :> Mindy said on December 20, 2013 at 3:20 PM Thanks for reading, Sakuranko~ ^ u ^ Monica said on December 21, 2013 at 4:12 AM It's so cheap!! Thanks for commenting, April~ Mindy said on December 26, 2013 at 5:27 AM Thanks for commenting, Mery!
